Default Android Unit w/ Reverse Cam

added a reverse cam to my android unit that i installed awhile back...my friend @MattDevoCustoms uploads custom software on it and gets rid of all of the chinese bloatware...

Was pretty nervous drilling a hole through an OEM GT3 euro bumper though 🤪

Nice upgrade and mod. Do you plan on sharing the firmware for us with the similar android head unit?

Fyi,

I've seen rear backup cameras that are integrated in to backup-light lens cover which would prevent you from drilling a hole. Too late for you now but, thought I'd mention it.

we considered it, but being off-centered and not angled to compensate, and not seeing any 1080p AHD versions ruled them out. I went thru the same dilemma and tried multiple different models on my own car before settling on the model we used: https://www.aliexpress.us/item/2251832582420301.html (Black AHD 1080p model)

PS - you can almost always drop everything to the right of the first ? in a URL when sharing links
