Angeles Crest status?

Hello all,

Now that the weather in SoCal is getting better has anyone gone up to Newcombs Ranch to check the quality of the asphalt? There’s probably still lava rock on 9 mile.

I drove it in December and encountered ridiculous depth of gravel rock at every section above 4K' .
