Anyone know what this rod, and, most importantly, the clip that holds it on are called, and/or what the part numbers are?

I noticed my convertible top cover wasn't aligning correctly on the right side, and found that this rod was disconnected from the latch and the clip is missing. I managed to hold it in place with some wire for now, but want to get a couple of replacement clips, and can't seem to find this on any of the parts diagrams.

All I can find is the big one. This one is tiny—about 1/4” across or so.
