Default 997.1 telephone module

I've fitted a bluetooth adaptor to my 2005 997.1 I think it has PCM 2.1? It has the single DC changer in the dash as well as a sim card slot for a phone and a 6 disk changer in the trunk.

I looped out the CD changer with a fibre optic loop as directed in the installation manual. It also said to loop out the telephone module to prevent errors and allow the bluetooth phone function of the adaptor to work with the steering wheel buttons. The manual suggested that the module was under the drivers seat. I have looked and cannot find it.

So the bluetooth music function works fine, but the head unit is throwing a phone error and the steering wheel phone buttons don't work.

Does anyone know where to find the telephone module please? I need to loop it our I think to fix this.

thank you very much.

(After 30 years of driving this is my first Porsche, for some reason I've always overlooked them in favour of other sports cars. I finally decided I should try one and tracked down a low mileage 992.1 Carrera 2S manual. I shouldn't have waited so long, I'm blown away at the appeal of this car, I can see why people become addicted to Porsche's now!)

I think I've found my own answer!

It's under the passenger seat (2 x 10mm bolts then it slides out) it's just tucked under the carpet and is quite slim so easy to miss.

I bought the Tookie system years ago for my 997.1 and it worked great. Still works great. If you do a search, you can find my detailed directions into how to add it to the MOST ring.
