I've researched this question to no avail. What is term 30 and 31 what's the input. tracing this wiring is a royal pain. Any help would be much appreciated!!!

This is the dual coil relay that is under the dash near the AC unit. This wonderful thing decided to immolate. The plugs as well as itself probably. The wiring going to the plugs is crisped pretty well. This will require replacement of some of the wire as well as the two plugs. I can do all this after I tear the instrument cluster back out of the dash. The question is : Why? I have had recent problems with the headlight switch(es). But I don’t think that those circuits have anything to do with this one. I think that there is a demon in this car. Thanks in advance for any help😀.
