Default TOP SPEED Headers with 200 Cell High Flow Cat

Did a search and didn't see anyone mention the company Top Speed; specifically their 200 Cell High Flow Headers.

https://topspeedauto.com/fits-porsch...high-flow-cat/

Anyone have knowledge or experience with this product/ company? The price is great.

thanks,

Rick

there was a group buy here a few years ago and I bought a set. So far so good.
I had some error codes and finally go past it by tightening everything and adding O2 spacers
Not sure why you're not finding it on a search
did you try with one word: topspeed
?

Jack667 - thanks for information! Did you notice a performance increase or change? Also - what was the story about the O2 spacers. That sounds odd.

oh boy - now I feel a bit dumb. I have TopGear cats... (Not TopSpeed)
I went to find a sound clip and see it there in the description - too many mods over too many years!
Sorry about that!

Thanks for clarification on that, I searched again after your comment and couldn't figure out why I couldn't find the information.

I was seriously considering these as well but have read some bad reviews on the company and their exhaust products. Usually you get what you pay for... But, at one third the price of the name brands it is very tempting. Still think I'm leaning toward Soul's street headers. My Tubi exhaust will be here in a month or so and it's a winter project so I have a little time.

I came across these for the .2 and it seems like a steal, but maybe research them first.

Indeed there is a reason that the proven products such as FabSpeed, Soul, Cargraphic, etc., cost $3k - $4k. Sometimes the cheaper stuff is good enough to justify going that route but I am not sure headers is where to try to cut costs...

I have them on my .2. I already had a center bypass and valved mufflers and it sounded like factory PSE (ie not much different than stock) but these cats completely transformed the sound. It is now perfect for me; loud cold startup, then quiets down, pretty tame under 4000rpm, sounds like a cup car at WOT past 4K. They did trigger a CEL which has been eliminated with a Softronic tune. Not sure if they would pass emissions but there is no testing in KY.

I did it for the sound and have yet not dynoed the car but another member here had a similar setup with the same cats except more of a gundo instead of valved mufflers and got 346 at the wheels.

Here’s a little video.

My indy installed them in no time, I think he charged me 3 hours, said it was a great fit. It was so quick I should not have Ubered back and forth.

you should find some hits on a good search -
use advanced search on the term topspeed and search entire threads, and then click 'search this thread' on results that look like they're exhaust related (and not the top speed of the car in mph). Here's one hit:
https://rennlist.com/forums/997-foru...l#post13421161

but there are several more as well. Not sure if those few hits will do much to help. I just searched the 997 forum but you might want to try 996, 997T, etc to see if you get a few more

That is the search advice I needed, thanks!

Update - I was watching the headers on eBay when the seller sent an me offer for $899. I decided to roll the dice and bought them. They are shipped as we speak and are scheduled to arrive Friday. I am going to install the myself and I will let you know how it goes!

Could be a great bargain. Good luck and looking forward to hearing your thoughts on the headers.
