Default HELP - Dead Battery - Computer Handover Reset Question

I know this has been discussed on this forum on multiple threads, but i have a unique twist that I need help with. I have a 2005 997S and my battery recently died after taking a long trip and now my heated seats and garage door won't open. I took it to the dealer today and they stated that this car does not have the "handover" / module reset function and must be an electrical issue/ possibly fuse. I don't want to dismiss the dealer, but based on the multiple threads on this issue on this forum as well as others, it seems a bit odd that my car does not have the handover function.

Is this true?

If fuse issue, does anyone know which fuse is for the heated seats? and garage door opener?

Also, is the only fuse box on the side panel driver side near clutch pedal?

Thank you

Fog lamps, home light mode (head lamp switch) and frunk light work? It’s a handover reset, mine did the same thing.
