I've been on vacay so I haven't had a chance to install the lip until today. It was an exact fit. Only issue was the screws on either end of the lip that attach to the bumper. The screws wouldn't thread into the bumper in the wheel well, so I just left them off. I could just get a couple of those clip that will allow the screw to thread in, but I'm not sure that I will.
