Do Manual Transmissions have fluid filters?

I tried searching, couldn't find anything.

Do our 997s with manual transmissions have a transmission fluid filter which needs servicing?

I ask because I was browsing parts and saw this...

There is no filters on most, only time you will find the filter is on the GT2 and some GT3s ...

Interesting. First ive heard of that. Do you have any evidence of this?

Or arr you referring to cup cars?

How can you have a filter without a fluid pump? How would it filter? There is no fluid pump on a manual transmission nor is this part number in my 997.2 Porsche parts Katalog. Could this be a Porsche Motorsports part? CUP car?
