I still have the same complaints. The rear end is too high off the ground, and the front end isn't agressive enough. It's too bubbly or something.


It'll be interesting to see once every bit of tape comes off. Can't wait to see one in person, then I can make my final judgements hehe.

i also suspect that there will be an additional panel gap near the inside edge of the headlight for the front bumper

I'm glad to hear someone else say it! The same rear look is what mainly turns me off the 996. I hope the turbo/GT3 and other variants have a deeper rear bumper section.

I hate to judge a car by photos, but now it just looks like they finaly are admitting they screwed up with the 996 and now they're trying to put round lights on it to make it look like a 911.

We need to see the interior, which seems to be the major upgrade... Let's also see how the engine looks like.

The wide hips look good. But the front end is still camouflaged.

Hey, has anyone noticed the mirrors resemble a sideways version of the Carrera GT mirrors? (im sure im just late in seeing it...)
