Sorry, but so much incorrect info in this post. The aftermarket ceramic bearing replacement interval is 4 years of 50,000 miles (at least for the LN version, which is the only one I'd use). The IMS Solution bearing option is a lifetime bearing with no replacement interval and what I'd personally choose. About half the 05 model year cars have the larger bearing used in the 06-08 cars, so it being a 2005 does not make it "likely" that it has the smaller replaceable bearing, and why would you put a new factory part that's no different than the poorly designed OEM part that fails back in makes no sense.
OP, negotiate the price down a few thousand, have plans to have the clutch IMS bearing replaced using The IMS Solution. If when you pull the trans it turns out you have the larger, non-replaceable bearing, have them pull the grease seal from IMS bearing after they've removed the bearing flange.
As I stated/corrected in my later post the LN ceramic bearing is warranted for 2 yr 24K miles. Replacement at 75K/6 years. You may want to check their website again.
I consider it to be aftermarket ( not an "upgrade" as some call it) and no better than OEM bearings. Ceramic bearings DO fail.
