I have heat cycled tires on the road, highway driving a bit, and then taking some spirited corners in a clover leaf offramp, and then heading home and let them sit for a week (24-48hours is all I read for ideal time to sit). It's probably not an ideal heat cycle but comparing laps in an endurance race vs tires that i didn't do that to it definitely prolonged their life and was 100% legal speeds cuz offramp speeds were not regulatory signs so technically highway speed is their actual speed.
