Mine is on the way and I'm getting ready to give this a shot, as well. I'm sure Intersport could do it. Their new location is Ashburn. Not sure if they still work on them in McLean. I think time is dependent on how stubborn the cat bolts are. I would guess 1-2 hrs for them. I've also used Chapman in Sterling.

I would highly recommend Elite auto in Laurel MD if you don't mind a small drive. They do everything under the sun and work on high end cars frequently if you want a piece of mind. Also very down to earth and can handle whatever else you might want to do as well.
Like Bruce says buy 6 screws and nuts and also 2 metallic gaskets 99711111330 (between cats and Bypass).
Sometimes the screws of the clamping sleeves brake, and also screws of the tail pipes if you remove them,
There is no issue except rust on screws, use penetrating oil on all screws 1 day before work to prevent braking.
The total time is about 2 hours if you use torch to remove the 6 cats/muffler crimped screws.
