I have a 09 C2S. I replaced my spark plugs and had to remove the post-cat sensors. I did not remove the pre-cat sensor.

I am now getting DTC MIL P2414 -O2 Sensor Exhaust sample error Bank 1 Sensor 1.
This seem like the car initiates a signal to the O2 to send back and sample, and it doesn't do it correctly. It doesn't seem to be directly O2 sensor being bad. I am wondering if I damaged the wire somehow.
It has come on 3 times now. First time is after a 5 minute drive. Second time after 2 minute drive. 3rd time, I drove for 50 minutes, then another 30 minutes, then another 15 minutes, then 20 minutes, then it threw the code again.
