Interior Door Pull Handle Trim replacement
Does anyone know if this part can be replaced without pulling the whole door card out and tearing everything apart? I've found instructions for just about everything BUT this piece and it's driving me nuts! Just the outer leather trim piece. Frankly, I was kind of surprised to even see this as a separate part. Kinda hoping it is just held in place with clips or something.

Having removed the door cards a few times, though never for this particular part, it is either bolted or plastic welded in from the back and the door card needs to come off to remove it. I could be wrong so I'll defer to someone else who may have done this specific job.
