What is the inside hub diameter?

I know that the hub extension OD is 71.6mm, looking for the dimension in green, the hub extension ID - anyone have this?

Should be a simple math problem: 71.6 - thickness of the cleat/ hub centering tab = you answer

Exactly except it is minus 2X the thickness
