My 08 has the iPod integration in the console. I want to remove it to free up some space in there to keep my phone. If I remove it, will I find a butchered cavity that looks unfinished. I know the kit creates a fake bottom in there to route the cables. Any photos of the cubby without the iPod kit. Car is offsite or I would check it myself. Thanks for any input

Dash console or center console? if center console in the armrest cubby, I have center console I pulled out of a car that has the iPod connection module removed. I can run out and take a picture if that's what you're needing.
