Most helpful video, thanks. Changed my climate control buttons today in my newly acquired 997.1.

Had a difficult time with 3 of the climate control faceplate & circuit board retaining screws which had been "buggered", probably by using the wrong driver, not the T6 torx driver. Any sources for 3-4 replacement screws?

Awesome, thank you for posting this... Couldn’t quite tell how you popped out the control switches - but will give it a go.....
