Default Positioning 911 badging (your opinion matters)

I just picked up "911" numbers to replace my Carrera badging with and am having quite the predicament deciding on where to install. Seems like there are 2 schools schools of thought:

1) Perfectly center
2) Lower center

Any thoughts on where I should install?

I’ve been thinking of doing this too. Where’d you get them and how much if I may ask?

Was $50+ shipping. I did the 991 as I think it's a bit smaller although tough to know how it will finally look until it's on. I think there are a few different versions and sizes.

It's not a Buick. Put it in the center.

While the lower centered doesn’t look bad, I’d go with perfectly centered between the lower edge of the spoiler and the lower edge of the engine lid like the black car.

I optically centered it. Slightly higher then lower and even side to side from center of 911. (Even thought to me it looks just slightly off, but it is exactly even side to side)

Depends on which size "911" you got. But, I would measure the original placement of the "Carrera" badge. I'm working on mine too. GL!

lower center - the oem line for the bottom of the badging actually rests pretty much in the mid point of the tail light clear/red line.

regardless of what you choose, use clear tape and tape it temporarily for a night or 2 in both higher and lower positions(doesn't have to be perfect) - take a look at it from various angles - and most importantly at a distance.

imho, oem placement always looks best. be sure to get the angle right re the '911' slant, it wont look right if it's off.

Do you also have a Carrera GTS (997.2)?
Thanks

Off topic, but what exhaust/tips do you have? I've been looking for dual tips that are larger, black yet look similar to the OEM S tips.
