Default Cornerstone United warranty???

Hey everyone

I'm looking at a 2014 Turbo S as a fun car to fiddle with a year or two, and it has 40k miles on it. The dealer states they sell Cornerstone United who he says "administers the Porsche CPO warranty". I don't believe that for a minute, but they do list a "Limited Warranty" program which is supposed to be an extension of the factory warranty. I haven't found the contract yet to read over but curious if you've ever heard of it.

Never heard of it, but yes, I'd read the contract/fine print carefully before buying.. IMO, unless it's an exclusionary policy I'm generally pretty skeptical of aftermarket policies.. I have had a Fidelity Platinum policy on 2 different Porsches that worked out well so far..

Don't get any warranties except the major ones that are known: Fidelity or CPO.

I've done plenty of research that there are tons of fly by night warranties out there who will gladly sell you a warranty but reject every single claim possible.

I'm with you on that. I have Fidelity now, and the sales guy who was telling me what a Porsche guy he was knew less than I did about them. But still wanted to see if anyone had heard of them.
