Default LED H11 Bulbs For Fog Lights 997.1

I wanted to improve fog light brightness and got these H11 direct replacement LED bulbs off Amazon. There is no error message.
I have yet to drive the car at night but inside the garage they seem pretty bright. I wanted to keep stock look. I think they are worth $40
Top photo shows the difference stock vs. LED on right.

Those bulbs look great. I might have to replace my aftermarket fog light bulbs to this brand.

Those look great. Are your regular lights HIDs or Halogens , looks like HIDs?. Wonder if these are suitable replacements for the regular 997.1 halogen headlight bulbs as well. I just ordered these for the foglights. Thank you for the lead..

Nice, there look a lot brighter then the OEM halogen bulbs. Would you happen to have any pictures at night time aimed at a wall? I wonder if it able to creates a cutoff.

I took this about 20 feet from the garage door with only fog lights on. My driveway has slight incline so fog lights might be aiming little lower

Below is HID's and fog lights on

Not a bad cutoff for a PnP LED bulb and they look a lot brighter then the OEM bulbs.

the fog lites are going to be aimed low, and their reflectors will be for close up pattern. And they probably dont have any adjustment. As if you wanted them to throw out farther and higher up, you would have to rebuild the whole fixture to get them to project any differently

Been wanting to do this upgrade but was concerned about possible error codes. Pulled the trigger on a pair with $29.95 Prime Day pricing and an unused gift card from last Christmas.

Default 997.1 Fog Light adjustability

Ref previous comments, there is a torx screw on the back of the fog light/indicator housing. Screwed it in and out but couldn’t see any difference with it moving in my hand. Was 10PM so didn’t take time to do the whole before and after thing illuminating my garage door.

Anyone know about this “adjusting screw.” Based on it’s orientation, might be left/right adjustment that would make sense for changing beam for left/right hand drive cars.

Also, had the housing out to put in a small CANBUS bulb for running lights. Fog light halogen is marked H8, not H11. What’s ground truth on that as I want to do LED Fogs. Think I’ve decided that retrofit to better performing bulbs (LED) is the way to go vs. whole new LED housings. I think stock looks better and want to avoid the whole 997.2 wannabe thing. Car is a 997.1 GT3.

Please advise and thanks!

Can someone point me to a list of components needed to install the OEM fog lights? I have the housing but think I need to buy bulbs and other items but am struggling to find any parts list.

There is a "how to" install/replace OEM Fog Lights, in your Owners Manual, or for HID Fog Lights, there are videos, its plug and play.

Poster- What are the LED Bulbs you got off Ebay to replace the EOM bulbs?

Thanks for the heads up- Look great.
