Looking for a set of 4 sport classic wheels for my wife's 997.2 S cab. Must be in new condition. Tires and monitors not needed.

Tony,

I have a set of Carrera Classic wheels that I bought for my C2S but sold the car before mounting them. They are used but in really excellent condition without any curb rash. I'm working to list them on Marketplace so I have a photo album of them on my google account:

https://photos.app.goo.gl/52bMF9PUK5mQAoUx5 (you may need to copy and paste link into your browser)

The wheels are boxed and ready to ship.

When I bought them I took them to a shop and had them measured for runnout with excellent results. They are straight and true.

Let me know what you think.

Scott

Classic and Sport Classic are two wildly different wheels. OP is referring to the ones that were on the speedster or sport classic.

Hexagone, Thanks for clearing up the wheels I'm looking for. You are correct

Suncoast sells them new. Not sure if I can link here but I just looked and confirmed they are on there. Not cheap, but if you want them new, there they are.

$5,695 - and that does not include the center caps or black lug bolts. Plus you will have to pay shipping.

The ones shown from Suncoast are Porsche cast rip-offs and not true forged FUCHS on my 997.1 FUCHS USA has real forged FUCHS.

FUCHS are aavaiable at FUCHS USA.
Ok - please just stop.

The one from Suncoast are OEM wheels from Porsche that were on the Sport Classic. Nothing rip-off about that. Just because they're not forged doesn't make them inferior.

And to be honest, at 23/25lb for 19x8.5 and 19x11, your "authentic" Fuchs not the lightest by any stretch of the imagination.

Is it me, or do the Suncoast ones look better too?

You mean the OEM wheels penned by world-class designers and engineers vs. the small aftermarket company? Who'da thought. I do agree.

I'm not saying the *aftermarket* Fuchs are worse. But they're *aftermarket* while the Sport Classics are what Porsche has issued.
