Default Misfire 5 & 6 2005 Carrera 3.6

Hello,
I was clearing the service light with my Durametric and I also checked engine codes and they showed
misfire errors P0305, P0306 and checksum P0300. The car runs great, no power loss and has no misfires
I can hear.
Is this possibly a fluke? In searching this forum it seems the errors are always 1,2,3 or 4,5,6 not just 2 cylinders.
Advice/experience appreciated!
Thanks

When I first bought the car, I used to get misfires & CEL all the time and used to go to the dealer for a check up. It would always happen when I fired up the car, backed out, washed and then fired it up to put away without driving it.
They'd say all is good, clear the codes and send me on my way and told me, if I'm going to start it, I'd better drive it. LOL There was never a problem with plugs or coil packs.
Picked up a Durametric myself now to clear codes

I would also clear them and drive, but I would check them again after a week. Can your scanner tell you how long ago they occurred? If not, a weekly check might give you a better idea of how chronic the condition is. If they last occurred 10,000 miles ago or a year or two ago, they mean nothing. If you get these codes 2-3 times a week, than it may bear to investigate a little more.

Update
Cleared the fault codes and did a 50 mile test run. No faults reported on Durametric except the following messages still are displaying:

U0155 Lost connection with instrument cluster control module

U0146 Lost connection with gateway 'A'

Anyone ever seen these?
