Just installed the ixGears Flots shift **** (https://ixigears.com/shop/ols/products/the-flots)

Installation was easy, twist top of boot counterclockwise at base of shift **** to release boot and the pull hard straight up on shift ****.

Once off you unscrew the Flots shoft ****, mount the stem and tighten with the included allen wrench. There is a small ring that allows you to lock the **** in place in the correct orientation (if engraved).

Once installed, it looks great and because it is the same length as the stock ****, I did not bother to remove the boot to affix it to the bottom of the new **** (may do that later).

It is far heavier, making shifts a bit more prices, plus feels nice in the hand. Quality is top notch and price is too cheap (paid $69 shipped).

Yes, I accidentally forgot the f in shift. Typing is not my strong suit (in my day, only girls were allowed to take typing, boys got to make bird houses and 3X5 recipe card boxes.

Looks nice. I see you're in FL too, and drive a cab. Any concerns about the shift **** getting hot in the sun?

Any concerns about the shift **** getting hot in the sun? Garage at home, covered parking at work, if I am leaving outside for more than 1/2 hour top is up, so not really, plus still worth it.
