"Meta tracking" a car

Is there a VIN service where it connects the car to a present country? Say tracking and an old car to see where it went… I cant se its possible my self..

You could try VINwiki to see if someone there has spotted it.

^ +1 Exactly what the app is for, although I'm not sure how widely it's used outside of the US.
