Question Fikse wheel on 997.2 advice, (specs) for 19->18 conversion

Greetings folks. I was curious if someone had purchased a set of Fikses for their 997. I'm not overly keen on having 19" wheels even if they're OEM. Plus I'd like to make it easier to have snow tires in the winter.
Thanks in advance.

Not Fikses, but I spent a lot of time thinking thinking about the right tire size availability and wheel halves that give the right tire sidewall ratio

18x8 + 38 - 1" outers / 225/45/18

18x11 +45 - 3" outers / 295/35/18

Wow, that is gorgeous. Exactly what I was interested in. ❤️ What flavor of 997 is that? Thanks for the tip!

The 997.2 C2 18" wheels are 18x8 57 offset and 18x10.5" 60 offset. These run with 235/40/18 and 265/40/18 tires. If you want flush fitment, you'll want to push the wheels out with spacers (of wheels with different offsets) 7-15mm in front and 15mm in the back. For people with a snow set, I've heard a few on here mention going with a 10" in the rear by purchasing wheels with a 987 Cayman setup.

one of the best 18” fitments on here. Did you ever end up selling your wheels? If I recall you had em on sale for awhile.

were the wheels custom made? I’ve had a VERY hard time finding a set with similar specs. What does the 1” and 3” outers mean? Is that the lip on the wheels?
