Default 997.2 exhaust comparison

Okay so I have had my 997.2 for a couple years and tried different exhaust sounds and recorded them so they are all in one place. I believe the phone was 10 feet from the back of the car and about 12” above the ground. I ended up eventually just running just the Fisters and sold the Billy Boats Crossover to a nice PCA guy, David, from Houston this week. I will do another video later if just the Fisters at a later time as my car is not warmed up right now. Here you go:

Thanks for posting this.
Completely understood that you can get only a slight sense of the actual sounds via recordings like this. Keeping the recording variables consistent at least helps in understanding the differences with the setups.

Question - what was it about the Fisters and the BB Crossover together that you did not like? Was it volume / intensity related or was it tone related?

Thanks again.

Too loud for the small town I live in. I always drive spiritedly and it attracts more attention than I like by the cops. The 997.2 is just too quiet in my opinion though.

I have the Fister exhaust and the BB cross pipe and to me they sound amazing! No drone and very civilize when you want it to be. 5k RPM and above gives it a nice rumble but not obnoxiously loud.
