I have a good friend who will be helping me paint my center console this winter. He works for PPG so he understands colors and asked me if I might know the color code. Does anyone know where I might find this?

I called Porsche North America. Gave them my vin and they gave me the exact color code.

 

if it is painted the car color, you use the normal paint code. If you are talking about recoating the black interior color, you need different product than paint, your paint guy should know that, and color match the material. Or if he wants to use some normal auto paint then he should color match it

 

If not in the drivers side door... look inside the Gas Cap cover. Or inside one of the service manuals that came with the car. You should see a sticker in there with a list of option codes.

 

When I ordered my paint from https://www.automotivetouchup.com they had me call the manufacturer to double check the paint code. It took 2 minutes and the customer service associate had it all logged on their system.

 

service manual that came with the car will have exact code. i had both my techart spoiler + lower console painted recently via this method.
