Need the correct engine lid blower/fan
Finally getting around to diving deeper into the new car and I'm in need of the correct fan/blower for my aero kit engine decklid. From the records I have, the aero kit was installed by The Collection in Miami by the 2nd owner of the car in 2009. They used the OEM fan which is clearly not correct as there are only a couple of bolts holding it in place. The aero decklid requires a slightly smaller fan secured by 4 bolts.
I also picked-up a couple of rubber bumpers for the corners of the decklid, but not sure how they are affixed. Same for the gasket at the tail end of the decklid. Seemingly secured by tabs inserted into holes in the decklid that are not there on my car. hmmmm…..
But the fan is most pressing, and wondering if there's a suggestion where to come across one?

Seems they never put the stickers on the decklid when it was installed. However, I've ordered all of them from Luke at Sunset Porsche parts.

Thanks! I found one on Jim Ellis Porsche in Atlanta, though the part number is now 997 624 056 05, but fitment is for aero decklids and turbo cars. Also ordered a pair of the correct decklid bumpers from them.
Seeing that 'Made in Italy' notation on the blower reminded me of the F355 Berlinetta/6-speed I once owned. The side mount radiator fan went haywire, and a new fan from Ferrari was around $500! I pleaded my case on Fchat.com and another owner directed me to Paul's Street Rod Parts website where an exact match fan (aside from the wiring connector) was available and made by SPAL. Price?....just under $100.
