Default Need help with a part number

Looking to get the wiring harness for a PDK sport steering wheel with paddle shifters. Does anyone know the part number?

No model year mentioned but PDK means 997.2. I'm seeing two part numbers but they call out manual transmission only, no mention of PDK:

997-612-672-02 6-speed manual
997-612-673-02 6-speed manual, multi-function

The harness in your pictures might be an integral part of the steering wheel assembly itself, meaning its not sold separately? Personally I'd take the two part numbers above and go to your local pcar dealer's parts counter for discussion. Or call Suncoast, they'll know for sure.

My PDK paddle wheel (with Sport and Sport-Plus lights) had intermittent operation of one of the paddles. I removed the wheel, disassembled it, reseated all the internal connectors and put it back in. That seemed to fix it.

While I was in there, I noted some part numbers.

The wiring harness in the center section didn't have a Porsche Part Number. It had a TRW part number 62270390C00. If you search for variations of that number (e.g. "62270390C00", "62270390 C00", "622 70390 C00" and so on), I see hits that correlate to Porsche Part Number 99134798022 - e.g. https://evolution-gt.com/our-shop/us...yenne-997-991/

But further searching on that Porsche Part Number shows that it's really a full up steering wheel part number (when you append the leather type codes to it), but on occasion it seems to result in pages with used versions of the wiring harness.

That's a long winded way of saying that if you search on the TRW part number, you might get lucky.

And if you ever nail down the actual proper Porsche part number for the PDK harness, please let us know.

Thanks.

Karl.
