Yes - I change my coilpacks whenever I change my spark plugs, no matter what.

Yes - I change my coilpacks whenever I change my spark plugs, because I live in an area that invites corrosion or is very hot.

No - I change just the spark plugs (unless I have a specific indication of a failed coilpack).

I did get under the car yesterday and inspected the front-most passenger side coil and its the "old style" (not thick) and part number is 996-602-102-00. Really old, I guess, because when I researched it, it came back associated with a '99 Carrera, which seems odd for 2005 C2S. Needless to say, I'll be replacing all of them.
It's also got me wondering if I have the (replaceable) small IMS bearing... I'm almost wishing the clutch were on its last legs...
I had thought it was the large bearing based on the car build date and engine serial number.
