Default 6 year / 60k mile PDK Service and NJ Indy Shops?

I have looked through some threads on these topics but looking for the latest feedback from my Rennlist friends. My 2012 C4GTS has about 23,000 miles on it but is technically due for the 6 year/60k mile service items based on in-service time. I was quoted the following prices by some local P dealers:

PDK transmission fluid change: $1,200 (includes pan/filter and they seemed unwilling to do just the fluid change for the $600 price range I have seen by other posters who did not change pan/filter)
AWD Controller (front differential) oil change: $575
Serpentine/Drive Belt: $715

My questions:

The PDK fluid change seems important from the time perspective but thoughts on if the other items should be done after only 23k miles?

I have also seen on previous threads how only the dealers can do the fluid change because of the need for PIWIS but it sounds like some indies now have them and know what they are doing but at 1/3-1/2 of dealer costs. Thoughts?

Lastly, any recs on northern NJ Indy shops for this work? Seems like Heinlein, Protosport and Aspen Autosport have been mentioned by other members in the past.

Thanks to any and all with some helpful feedback/info.

The AWD controller is .7L of oil drain and fill. I hate to say this, but eaither that dealer is

A-trying to rob you
B-is not sure what they are doing and are making something up.

I'm leaning towards B. Ask them what fluid and how much and I bet they don't know.

As far as the PDK, with the pan and fluids you are at $5-600 in parts, so three hours labor is long but not crazy.

And they both need done at 6 years.

Also, have you tried negotiating with the dealer? Tell them how much you are willing to pay and see what they say.

And ask weather they mean AWD controller or front diff. And see if they know the difference. Because only one needs done at 6 years.

Original Poster.. you've mentioned $1200 for the fluid/pan change... thats what I paid the Porsche dealership I went to for this. I'm satisfied to have the PDK service including the pan/fluid changed out every 3-4 years, now that I've seen the improvements that it had on the shift quality. I bought my car at 23k miles, and after the service (I did it at 50k miles) I could tell for certain the shift quality is much better than even when I first bought the car.

As far as the cost/ability to save money on it;

I look at it like this.. most PDK do not fail and never have an issue. But it has happened. Why would I have someone else to do anything to the PDK in my car, when I could easily just pay Porsche to do it, and then if something happens in the future there is never a question of how the maintenance was completed, by whom, when and where. I don't think saving a few bucks by having someone else do it is smart/logical. Its a tiny bit of insurance, possibly meaningless, but in any case, if something ever happened I'm more satisfied with the fact that nobody besides Porsche has ever serviced it or messed with it at all.

09 997.2 base with 29K miles
Local FL indy shop did both pdk fluids only for $540 including labor. Said the pan came off fine and filter looked clean, so didn't see the need to replace.

Maintenance history that I have (3rd owner) didn't show ever having been done, so did it on a time basis at 26K miles. First considered needing it due to occasional shifting slip from 1st to 2nd when cold which has not occurred in the two months since.
