I've got H&R coils on my car, but found the ride to be rather harsh day to day.

I can't find out anywhere what spring rate they have, except that they are "progressive springs". Anyone know if I would be able to swap out just the springs for a more compliant ride? Imagine they are a standard diameter where Swift or Eibach has replacements.
