The thrill is still there
I had some clear coat peel in the front hood and had it repainted and then waxed and she looks beautiful! 2010 C4S and just turned 60,000 miles and I'm still excited to drive her anytime I can. I only put about 5,000 miles a year on her now but every mile puts a big smile on my face.

Lookin good.
I've had mine 06S for almost ten years and have added 70k miles to her. 26k when I bought it.
I love it more everytime I take it out. It runs as good as the day I bought it and has been the most trouble free reliable car
I've ever owned.

Your car looks fantastic Tom! And couldn’t agree more, after 3 years and 11 months of ownership, I still enjoy each drive like it was the first one.
BTW, I still haven’t been able to go to Naples, but I can guarantee that I’ll let you know as soon as I do so we can meet up.
Cheers

Yeah the FL sun is a clearcoat killer for sure. I had to have my roof and both rear quarters resprayed after DD'ing 9 years with it sitting outside at my office all day. Still need to do the mirror tops and rear bumperettes. Shade from a tree saved the hood. Not like the old days with umpteen coats of lacquer you could polish out. There isn't much paint on these newer cars. UV-protectant polymers weren't common when my car was young. At 14 years old with almost 75K on it and a new engine I still enjoy it as much as on day one also.
