Default Hopeful future 997.2 owner!!!

Hey All,

Been lurking around for a few months trying to absorb all the info in this forum and have decided upon a 997.2. Been trying to find a base 997.2 base manual in black. Recently I was more open to expanding the price point to find one but I'm also willing to wait it out if I have to.

Came across a 997.2 S Manual for $56,999 from a private seller (out of my state) with 35,000 miles that looks to be in the less optioned side as seen below. How is the pricing on this and is there any room for negotiations or should I act quick? This is assuming that everything checks out with a PPI and I actually fly out to look at it.

This price point seems to be in base 991 territory. Haven't looked into them as much yet but there is a pretty much a base manual one that is within driving distance but this is from a random dealer for $60k. Would love to hear your input if you think the 997.2 is fair enough to take or if I should wait it out or possibly consider the base 991 Carerra Manual as an option which is somewhat closer to me.
