I'm thinking about using them for a PPI for a 997.1 c2s. The guy on the phone was super nice and their reviews look good. Has anyone had any experience with this shop?

Have heard good things about Redline but have not used them personally. I have had work done by Pacific German and Hergesheimer and both are good.

I have dealt with Hergesheimer on two occasions and feel that they lack something in the details. I am sure they are fine but next time I need work I will go elsewhere.

I called Hergesheimer recently to inquire about PPI... a recorded message said they were no longer in the repair/service/inspection business. Oddly the website says that they do these things.

Yeah, I spoke with them a couple months ago to try and get a PPI done on my 997TT before I sold it...Laura H. told me at that time that they don't do PPIs anymore and were in the process of closing the business. I didn't ask for any additional details but of course wished them well.
