Do you have a 997.1? Or painted intake option on the 997.2?

on the 997.1 the cable ties are hidden from view due to the split design of the bumper structure and bumper cover. If you have the painted grill option on the 997.2, the cable ties can be touched up with your paint code prior to install.

Is there no other way for installing these besides cable ties?
It is such a cheap looking solution, and actually what keeps me from installing grill screens...

Also, it's been my experience that cable ties do not last long enough before breaking due to age.

Yeah, create a black metal or plastic clip solution and I’d be in.

Also, when I look up the center grill option it shows this pic of a car with no center grill and obviously no center grill protection. Would love a good quality economical alternative to the rennline option.

I had asked the same question long back. Didn’t get a reply so assumed it was not tested with the center radiator cars. Hence did not buy.

We are looking for testers for the center grille, we unfortunately do not have any final product photos. If you are willing to be a tester and photograph/video the install, we will give you a steep discount! PM for details if you are interested!

We have cars that have had the cable ties for 5 years now with no breaking. The cable ties are rated for -40F to 140F, nylon and have UV protection. The beauty of cable ties are their simplicity, able to get replacements, and non-permanent nature. They are nearly invisible when installed. If you are not satisfied, return the grilles for a full refund of the purchase price.
