Although the bidding has been moribund so far, I just can't imagine this car going for less than $35k. You can't even buy a base 997 for that anymore. I'm still tempted to bottomfish and to bid below Mano (linderpat would appreciate that I'm sure), but I'm going to go closer to where I think it will actually sell, so: tinroof says $39,250. Sorry for crowding in, but there's not a lot of room left between the bidders in that range.

Tip is great in turbo. Holds boost better. Not so great at all in NA.

 

No need. I am just not used to someone quoting the list with a comment that quickly. As you can see from the follow on comments, most do not and someone will repost the list every so often to clean it up.

 

I test drove a beautiful Turbo Tip before buying my NA 6MT, glad the dealer didn’t take my lowball offer on the tip, I think I would have regretted it. Totally personal and totally get that some folks may disagree, which is totally OK. Buy what you want/like, that’s the point of all this, isn’t it?
