Default Part number

I have a broken clip that I would like to replace but I am having a hard time tracking down the part number! The best description would be a fog light wire routing clip. This clip can be found right behind the side marker lens on the inside of the front bumper on a 997.2 and as the name suggests it routes the fog light wire. It's a fairly large clip with fingers on the inside. I've checked the PET and I can't find it anywhere! The only numbers that I can find on the clip are as follows:

96 FG 14 197 AA

Does anyone know where I can find one of these clips?

Found a picture of one on eBay, looks like they were also used on the 997.1.

I have tried Suncoast, Sunset, and Byers with no luck. Anyone know where I can find this clip? It doesn't seem to show up in any of the parts catalogs.

Crazy, I can't seem to find it either.
Might try calling a salvage yard and see if they'll pull one off a bumper for you.

Is it possible it's molded as part of the bumper cover itself, and thus would not be sold as a separate piece?

I contacted LA Dismantler, haven't gotten anything back yet.

No, it's a clip that slides onto the bumper with little metal teeth. I think it accidentally got left off of the parts diagram.

I do like a challenge, so here it goes.

You've found quite an Easter egg. I got curious when I saw it referenced in the service manual as being independently replaceable. I suspect it was left off the parts diagrams becuase it's part of an assembly, likely the wiring harness, and not available separately. It's actually a Ford part, from a 1995-2002 Ford Fiesta.
You read that right. that's a Ford part number,
96FG-14197-AA

Some associates on the dark web were able to confirm the part number, and the original supplier. I'm not sure where you'd purchase one, but that might be a place to start.

That is some killer research! I've spent about an hour searching around for places to buy this part without any luck. Do your dark web associates have any suggestions?

Unfortunately not. Might try contacting ARaymond and see if they can help, possibly they'd know what other cars it was used for?
Occasionally body-shops have a part system they can search that will return different results and may be willing to help.
Alternatively, your P-dealer might have enough info from here to escalate their part reque

st back to Germany for somebody to sort out. Tell them it's in the service documents to inspect/replace that part specifically too.
