Default Additional breaker bar segment required for CL wheels?

Hi everyone!
I need to buy a Precision Instruments C4D600F36H - 3/4 drive Torque Wrench with Ratcheting Breaker Bar Combo so I can work on my CL wheels.

I read somewhere that you need to buy an extra segment to be able to break the centerlock nuts?

Are either of the following required/necessary to purchase to be able to use the combo torque wrench/breaker bar listed above?

It is called
3/4" Adapter bar for C4D600F
  • PN is A10C4D600F $37.92
There is also a

Torque Wrench Extension Tube for C4D600F

  • Manufacturers Part #:TQR600-6 $38.81

Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Happy holidays
Fat Louis
