I don't understsnd what you are looking for. You bought a used car. Used car has no warranty. Used car deveoped some issues. It happens.
i don't see where you can hold anyone accountable. It is a risk we all take when buying a used car.
No, sitting in the sun will not cause any issues. I don't have a garage, so my cars are in weather all the time with no ill effects

Was having a hard time following what you were trying to convey. What's happened from 2016 to 2018? Also, was there a certified warranty of any kind and what does that 100% satisifacfion guarantee refer to in your picture?
As for a car 'sitting in the sun' during the winter for a couple of months? I can't imagine that being a problem.
What's the exact problem? Leaking transmission?

More info needed:
1) Date you purchased?
2) Length of dealer's "Signature" warranty - 90 days or what?
3) Was there something in your purchase contract that says Signature warranty didn't apply to your purchase?
As others have said - it's an 06 with almost 100,000 miles - things do wear out and will go wrong. Good luck.
