Thanks, it sounds like I should call the dealer back and tell them to try again as one of the pulleys must be bad or the tensioner. I assumed they checked them all but they must not have checked something.

I tried to take the oil cap off again last night to test for the AOS as Petza described. I can take the cap off no problem.
