Annoying whirring and whinging from instrument cluster
I am having difficulties with a lower frequency whine from my instrument cluster area. starts around 25 mph and progressively increases in frequency with increasing speed. no change with hvac on or off. no change with radio on or off. no change if applying brakes. no change if in different gear #rd or 5th or 6 th) almost sounds like an old speedometer with a cable driven situation. anyone experienced this?

I'm also chasing a sound coming from most likely the gauge cluster or under the dash. Unlike yours, I can hear mine at idle or at a stop. It is not a ticking or clicking sound by something like a whur sound similar to the sound I hear when turning off the hvac something opening or closing and its intermittent.
