rear seat and seat belt delete?

There are plenty of threads on this in the Racing & DE forum. But can you elaborate on why you say "or"? In my experience there is no reason to remove the items you mention except to install a rollbar/cage. They simply don't weigh enough to make a difference on a street car.

When I installed my rollbar it was important to me that I could revert the car back later to stock. So I got one of those which get bolted in via the seat belt anchor points. (A GMG I believe)
