I need to replace my left side taillight (have some haze in the white portion of the light) and I have a question. Found the taillight at the following link but there are two different ones. One for 404 and another for 487. Is there a difference between the two?

It depends on the fog light and which side, if any, it's fitted on.
I know as I ordered the wrong one for my UK car.
The connection was the wrong way around too.

The fog light will be in the driver's side tail light - LHD in the US and RHD in the UK - that may be the difference. Order using your VIN and you should get the correct one.
