Change TPM warning values?

I want the system on, I just don't want to have to see warnings when the pressure hasn't changed from wherever it was last time I drove the car. Why would it be giving me a flat tire warning when the sensor is reading 35psi? or a -5 warning on one rear when the other rear tire has the same pressure? Seems like they screwed the pooch on system design here.

My TPMS is also 3 lbs off. Always 3 lbs too low. Using my manual gauge, I put the tires at 37(f) and 40(r). Therefore, the display is at 34 and 37. Pressures readings are all cold.

2007 C2S. New sensors. Exactly the same problem. I sent two manual gauges to be calibrated. I know what the pressure is. TPMS is wrong. I got tired of inaccurate alarm so I over inflate the tires. The software should allow the setting of the value.
