Default CEL on for OXS Heater Control Circuit - both sides

Started the 2007 C4 tonight after over a year off the road. Fresh fuel, coolant, oil, pistons, etc.
Everything went well save a pair of codes for the heater controls on the two primary oxygen sensors. The CEL triggers when the car warms up, and the codes return immediately after clearing them.
Not much on the Intertubes about this. Does anyone have any BTDT? Does anyone want to make my day by telling me it's a fuse? ;-)

More info on this...
I put about 200 miles on the car today. Issue persists. Also, the car won't idle once you give it throttle. If you start the car, it idles fine, but as soon as you rev the engine...say past 3k...it stalls when you let off the gas. I'm assuming this is related. Durameteric just has open to heater control circuit for both primary O2 sensors; no other codes.

Is there a wiring diagram on line somewhere?

I replaced both O2 sensors today and the codes are gone. I still have other issues, but I started a new thread for them.
Odd that both sensors died in the year that they were replaced from their natural habitat.
