That overpass shot with the right editing could be money. I'm not sure you could bring back the highlights that are clipped, but it would still be pretty cool. Have you considered light painting there to get some more light on the car to even out the exposure a bit?
Definitely need to experiment with light painting, because I agree that would help bring out the car a lot more. But I was scared enough jumping out of my car to take a 15s exposure while parked in the middle of the bridge... even if it was at 1 am!
