Default Seat hinge cover removal?

Hi,
has anyone removed these front seat hinge covers?
As you can see mine are looking very ‘used’.
Before I start to break things can anyone help?

If I remember, when I removed them to vinyl wrap the seatbacks, there's one screw somewhere in the vicinity of the blue arrow

That is a big PIA. I removed seat from the car then the top n bottom seat covers partially an then removed the side cover panel with the seat adjustment switch. It was still hard to get on but that approach worked for me.

Didn't even think to take a pic of my office chair this morning. Here's the 1 screw and then it pops off.

yes that part comes off easy. I thought you were referring to the hinge with the black plastic showing through. Thats the one that is a PIA.

For that inner piece I now see the scuffing on (which is the pita piece, get a sample of metallic silver vinyl, make a template from a piece of paper, and stick it on. Won't wear off like paint and won't require seat disassembly.
