Default First Mechanical Issue....it was bound to happen.

Passenger window sounds like marbles in a blender when going down and hesistates going up. I’m thinking there must be a plastic gear or something that let go. Indy will tell me next week....at least it’s a small issue (I think). 11 years and 61,622 Miles to the first failure. Can’t complain.

Window regulator. Plenty of YouTube how tos. The part is interchangeable with boxster so remove the stop bolt at bottom before you install.

^^^ What he said. I didn’t realize there was a stop on the rail and put it all together only to find the window stuck up about an inch and a half. Had to take it all apart again and the second time I forgot to disconnect the battery before I unplugged the airbag. That set an airbag light. DOH!

$220 and all is well. Easy DYI. Basically 45 minutes and two beers.
